To make one of these you'll need:

- a scope
- a handgun (in this case they used a Glock 26)
- a magazine that holds enough rounds to be interesting
- a piece of oak
- a metal rod
- a shoulder pad

Then you're pretty much in business.

It's called a bump board.

It's not rocket science and it's just the tip of the iceberg of what clever gunsmiths can do.
